This morning Allie and Marc climbed to the first floor of the Eiffel Tower, and I found a cute little Hobbit-style grotto nearby. Afer that we checked out of our room and left our luggage while we did some final exploring.
We went to the Paris Catacombs, the largest necropolis in the world, where the walls are made of the bones of 6 million Parisians. There was a lovely part of the tunnel that felt like you were in a fairytale or inside of a sandcastle, but the bones were pretty creepy. They weren't spooky, and you could tell they had been stacked respectfully, but it was spooky nonetheless.
We had some trouble getting to the airport, but the flight went well, and now we are in Prague with our parents and uncle. Now we'll really start partying!
